UAE E-Invoicing ASP Selection Guide (2026): MoF Considerations & Flick Network Responses

On 23 February 2026, the UAE Ministry of Finance released the “Considerations for Selecting an Accredited Service Provider” document, outlining key considerations for businesses and Government Entities to make more informed and strategic decisions when selecting an ASP for e-invoicing in the UAE.

The following sections present considerations with Flick Network’s responses:

Q1. How long has the company been providing e-invoicing services?

Flick Network:

We started with GST reconciliation tools in 2016 in India and also have over 5 years  of experience in e-invoicing services and integrations. We provide e-invoicing services in 50+ countries, including KSA, UAE, Oman, India, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Jordan, Malaysia, Singapore, Nigeria, and more.

Q2. How long has the company been a Peppol Service Provider?

Flick Network:

Flick Network has been a Peppol-certified Access Point (AP) and Service Metadata Publisher (SMP) for over 3 years, supporting e-invoicing exchange in line with Peppol standards. We have also supported both Peppol and non-Peppol e-invoicing and fiscalisation mandates across clearance, reporting, and interoperability models.  We have clients who are already live in countries like Belgium, Germany, Malaysia, and Denmark using Peppol.

Q3. How long has the company been in operation?

Flick Network:

Flick Network has been in operation since 2016, with over 10 years of providing e-invoicing and tax automation services across UAE, KSA, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain, and 50+ countries, serving 1,000+ enterprises, including organizations such as Nesto, Wade Adams, Ali & Sons, Honda, MAN Energy, Bureau Veritas, Bosch, and TotalEnergies.

Q4. How long has the company had operations in UAE?

Flick Network:

We have been actively engaged in the UAE market since the initial announcement of the e-invoicing initiative by the Ministry of Finance in July 2023, introduced as part of the “We the UAE 2031” vision. Since then, we have been aligning and adapting our systems to support upcoming requirements. Our company was registered in the UAE in April 2025.

Below are a few clients for whom we have already started integrations for FTA e-invoicing.
